Hmm ... I still just don't know what to think. Jack, here? And Lady Fayre! I wonder if Lauren will be with her, too? And if they could get us into court.
I know I shouldn't think it, I hardly even have anything to wear, but -- oh, it would be so nice! We could meet the Prince, and the King, and all the courtiers, and ... surely Elyiethe would appreciate the avenue into such a potential audience!
Hm, but Jack. Jack doesn't have anything to do with that. Well, except that I'd much rather he still thought of me as a very rich and stylish and important noble lady! I'll need to make absolutely sure my nicest things are always ready, at a moment's notice! He'll probably want to sneak out, won't he? Through the windows, in the dead of night!

I hope this Feast of Fools makes up for how terrible the Festival of Flowers was! There were hardly even any flowers! I made a wreath and put it on our door, at least, but most people hardly even seemed to care that it was a holiday! Kanemorians!
What is the Feast of Fools like? Does anyone know? We're sure to have rehearsals on a Tuesday but maybe they won't go too long, and I can catch some of it ...
